One of my favorite things about Christmas is the music. Ask the Mister, I start playing Christmas music periodically in October. (And let me note here, I do not decorate until after Thanksgiving.) This is, of course, after the week of music I play during the summer–if stores have Christmas in July sales, I can certainly play the music, right?
In fact, one of the most exciting things for me this Halloween was the release of the Michael Buble Christmas album. So. Exciting. Mine even has a personal Christmas message from Michael JUST FOR ME. Clearly, he didn’t know which copy I was going to buy, so recorded it on all the albums, lucky for the rest of you.
Out of the myriad catalog arriving on my doorstep this week, the one from Red Envelope caught my eye. The cover had a gorgeous red pillow that says “ALL IS CALM” and that really struck home with me. Last year at this time, we were packing our entire house to move. Yuck. We never got unpacked in time to even get a Christmas tree and the holiday season was, to say the least, not calm. This year we are looking forward to a much Christmas-ier Christmas and “all is calm” is really the phrase to describe the difference between this year and last year.
So . . . just to keep that sentiment forefront on my mind (and also because I am a huge fan of the carol Silent Night), I thought I would work up a little printable.

Enjoy! My question to you: what are you doing to stay calm this holiday season?Want the hobby room diaries right in your inbox? You betcha.
